These lithographs were created on aluminum plates. Both are hand detailed in watercolor or augmented by a watercolor monotype overlay. The process for these prints is covered in detail on my Experiment in Print blog. These two prints were some of my earliest attempts at plate lithography and so the focus of these images was on including a variety of textures and mark making in order to see how the plates held the image. Both lithographs deal with the concept of predator and prey.
